Principle of test

The Sarafloxacin (SAR) ELISA Test Kit is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay.

The Sarafloxacin antibody has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with the Sarafloxacin-horseradish peroxidase (Sarafloxacin -HRP) conjugate. If the Sarafloxacin residue is present in the sample, it will compete for the Sarafloxacin antibody, thereby preventing the Sarafloxacin-HRP from binding to the antibody attached to the well, last, take coloration with TMB substrate. The samples A value is an inverse relationship with Sarafloxacin residue content. Lastly, compared with the standard curve can be concluded the Sarafloxacin residues in sample.
